Denbeste Manufacturing Tanks have a long history of use in the oil and environmental industries, and recently we were asked to export tanks to Canada. All Denbeste Manufacturing Inc. tanks meet or exceed United States, Canadian and Mexico’s state and federal highway standards.
We utilize the same floor pan for both our Closed Top Frac, Open Top Weir and Open Top Flow back. Our Inter-Modal tanks use the same floor design but are stretched 5 feet.

DMI tanks are constructed of ” SA36 carbon steel and meet ASME welding standards. Manways are also constructed of carbon steel and come with “Buna” gaskets. Our wafer valves have S.S shafts with “Buna” seals. All tanks are lined with an epoxy coating, with a wide range of chemical and hydrocarbon resistance capabilities.

Phenoline 309 Polyamine Epoxy
Description:
Single- coat airless applied, ultra high build
Coating for use on steel substrates subject to
aggressive chemical immersion, fume and spill
exposure. Phenoline 309 provides exceptional
Resistance to thermal shock, and has found
wide acceptance in heavy industrial
applications.

Chemical Resistance:
In addition to excellent water immersion
resistance, Phenoline 309 is resistant to a broad
range of chemicals such as fuels, salts, alkalis
many acids and aliphatic solvents.
Typical immersion temperature resistance
varies by commodity, crude oil and water
mixes range from 120°F to 180°F . Specific
immersion temperatures and commodities
have been tested , results may be obtained
